Jensen Vienne was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Monday, driving in four on three hits to lead Huntsville past Montgomery 11-1 on Monday. Vienne drove in runs on a home run in the first and a home run in the fourth.
The Lady Hornets scored five runs in the fourth inning. Kylee Lehman, Kenley Strange, Kylie Woods, and Vienne all contributed in the big inning with RBIs. Kylee Lehman also contributed to her own cause hitting a solo home-run in the fourth.
Lehman pitched the Lady Hornets to victory. She lasted five innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out seven and walking zero.
Huntsville scattered 14 hits in the game. Vienne, Amanda Cooper, Lehman, Hannah Langlais, and Kylie Grisham each had multiple hits for Huntsville. Vienne led the way at the plate with three hits in three at bats.
